Our highly anticipated Love Finds a Way Gala is almost here, and we cannot wait to see you at the event! This night will be a celebration of the lives we have saved in the past 12 years, and the 16,000 pets we will care for this year. We would like to thank you for your continued support of KC Pet Project, and commitment to creating a better community for the pets and people of Kansas City.
In this email, you will find information about the event including how to check-in, parking options, a schedule for the evening, and dress code. Location of Event and Parking:
Date of Event: Friday, August 16th
Location: Sheraton Crown Center Hotel

Time: Check In – 5:30PM
Parking will be at the Sheraton Crown Center Hotel and valet parking will be available. Friday nights can become busy in downtown Kansas City. Therefore, please allow sufficient time for a hassle-free parking experience.

The dress attire for this event is business cocktail.
Event Check-In:
Event check-in will begin at 5:30 PM. To check in at Love Finds a Way, no ticket or QR code is required! When you arrive, our event volunteers will ask for your first and last name. We will check you in and you will have the option at that time to enter your payment information if you have not done so already.
Silent Auction:
The silent auction for Love Finds a Way is now LIVE! From now until Friday evening at 8:15 PM, log-in to Classy Live to bid on incredible packages.

Bourbon Drawing:
There is still a chance to win an incredibly rare bottle of bourbon and support KC Pet Project’s pets at the same time. For just $65, you will be entered to win a bottle of Pappy Van Winkle, 12-year-old, Lot B special reserve bourbon, which is one of the most sought-after and highly regarded bourbons in America (valued at $1,100). There are only 73 tickets left and the drawing takes place at our Love Finds a Way event on August 16th. You don’t need to be present to win or be at the gala, but you must be 21 years old to enter.
