Animal Cruelty and Neglect Report

If you suspect that an animal is being abused or neglected and would like to file a report, you may call 311 or submit a report below.

Animal cruelty encompasses behavior harmful to animals ranging from neglect to malicious killing. Most cruelty investigated by Animal Services Officers is unintentional neglect that can be resolved through education. Intentional cruelty, or abuse, is knowingly depriving an animal of food, water, shelter, or veterinary care, or maliciously torturing, maiming, mutilating, or killing an animal. Please use the form below to report a case of animal cruelty or neglect. You can submit the report anonymously, if you wish or you may call 311 from 7a-7pm Monday-Friday or 816-683-1383.
