We’re excited to announce Friends of KC Pet Project, a group of caring professionals creating connections to advocate and serve as ambassadors for the organization. This group empowers one another through members-only events, networking happy hours, unique volunteer opportunities, and fundraising efforts. They make a difference in our community while building a long-lasting legacy for KC Pet Project.KC Pet Project cares for more than 10,000 homeless, abandoned, and often injured pets each year, and works to create a better community for pets and people in Kansas City. The passionate members of Friends of KC Pet Project support these efforts through community outreach, exclusive events, and collective camaraderie.
This strong group of leaders is building a long-lasting legacy for KC Pet Project, and today, Friends of KC Pet Project has officially opened up for new members. With membership options starting at just $10/month, members can make an impact in the Kansas City community while having fun and building professional relationships that will last a lifetime.
Those interested can come learn more about Friends of KC Pet Project at the official Launch Event on Thursday, October 3rd from 5:00pm-7:00pm at BarK. At the Launch Event, guests can enjoy exclusive drink specials and will have a chance to win a free BarK membership, a Boulevard Smokestack Tour for 2, and other great prizes. Proceeds from entry fees at BarK will go to Friends of KC Pet Project to support the work of the shelter.
